This is a workout group for men to find accountability in fitness and devotion to the Word. We meet at various locations around the city, and welcome all men, regardless of your current fitness level. We know life is busy, so come everyday, or a few times a week. 

We will do a Bible reading plan together, and you will receive daily scripture/devos from the reading.  Discussion and questions are encouraged!

Monday: 5:00am Run C-hill

Tuesday:  5:00am Body weight at the Beach

Wednesday: 5:00am Circuit Training (FUMC) 

Thursday: 7:00pm  Basketball (Rec. center everyone welcome) 

Friday: 5:00am Pool Day ($4 entry fee to Natatorium) 

Saturday: Active Rest Day

Sunday: Get active with friends/family
