Mission Statement 

The Health & Wholeness Ministry will lead 
First United Methodist Church to be a healing community through a holistic approach to health which encompasses body, mind and spirit.

Vision Statement 

First United Methodist Church Faith Community Nurse will coordinate the following types of services: Spiritual (such as prayer with and for you, homebound communion), health counseling, referrals, health educator, and facilitating planning and organization of support groups 
and educational events. These services can
 be provided at the church, by telephone, in the participant’s home, at the hospital, by mail or at alternative sites.
